What is the subscription fee?

DSPro Voice requires a monthly subscription fee of $35 to access the platform's web portal. This fee must be paid regularly to continue using the service, and failure to do so will result in the user being unable to access the platform. Please ensure that your credit wallet has sufficient balance to enable automatic subscription renewal and avoid any interruptions in service.
Once you have added a credit card, the amount that you specified as your basic balance (ranging from $50 to $300) will be transferred from your credit card to your DSPro Voice wallet, and the monthly fee of $35 will be automatically deducted from the wallet balance at the end of the month. However, if it is not your first time using the DSPRo voice services and you have added credit to your account, the system will deduct the monthly subscription fee from the available wallet balance for future months. Please note that the $35 and any other expenses will be charged to the wallet on a monthly basis.
How can I request access to the demo version of the product? To request access to the demo version, you need to send an email to [email protected]. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with access to the demo version.

The initial budget for DSPro Voice includes a balance that can be added to the account, which will be used to cover future expenses such as the monthly subscription fee, phone lines, additional dispatchers packages, and ongoing line usage. The balance can range from $50 to $300 and will be deducted as expenses arise.
Can I increase my budget to more than $300? Yes, it is possible to increase your budget to any amount you desire. However, there are certain requirements that need to be met, including taking a photo of yourself while holding a written request, along with your ID card and the credit card used for the initial payment. This photo will serve as a legitimate basis for authorization and eliminate any future claims. You will also need to write a request stating that you are the authorized person to request the budget increase. Note that in the first month, the maximum balance that can be added is $1,000, even with authorization. What is the Dispatcher Package and How to Purchase It? The default $35 subscription fee includes active usage of 5 dispatchers. While you can register as many dispatchers as you want, only 5 dispatchers can log in simultaneously with the basic subscription. If a sixth dispatcher tries to log in, you will receive an error message requiring you to purchase the right to use more than 5 dispatchers. You can purchase an additional Dispatcher Package, which includes usage of 5 extra dispatchers for $15.
Yes, there is a limitation on buying a dispatcher package. Initially, users are not authorized to purchase more than 10 dispatcher packages, which means a total of 55 dispatchers (5 from the initial package and 50 from additional packages). If a user needs more than 55 dispatchers, they can request authorization for additional packages by contacting the administrator.
The line usage price for every minute of system usage, regardless of incoming or outgoing calls, is $0.0125. This means that every time a call is made or received through the DSPro voice system, the duration of the call will be multiplied by $0.0125 to determine the line usage price for that call. TThe line usage price will be deducted from your wallet, which will gradually decrease until it reaches zero. Once the wallet is depleted, the system will attempt to charge the card you provided as the payment method. The amount charged will depend on the balance you specified, as it will be used to cover the line usage fees.
Users are initially allowed to purchase up to 10 telephone lines. If they require more than 10 lines, they will need to request authorization from the administrator to purchase additional lines.
To unsubscribe from DSPro Voice, you need to submit a request through the system and to the administrator. Before your unsubscription request can be authorized and implemented, you will need to ensure that you have paid all outstanding balances and meet the zero debt conditions. Since we do not charge upfront, any expenses that have accrued during the use of our service should be paid in full. Once all conditions have been met, the administrator will authorize the unsubscription or notify you of any remaining balances that need to be settled
